These Terms govern your use of Garage Desk India ("the Service"), operated by Explowdia ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Garage Desk India provides garage/workshop management software including job tracking, estimates, GST invoicing, inventory, inspections, reminders and reporting, offered on a subscription basis.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Subscriptions & billing

The Service is offered with a free trial, after which a paid subscription is required for continued full access. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Razorpay. Taxes (GST) apply as applicable. Non-payment may result in limited access.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt unauthorised access, or use it for unlawful purposes. You are responsible for the data you enter and for complying with applicable laws, including GST rules.

5. Data

Your business data belongs to you. We process it to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding three months.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and the courts of India shall have jurisdiction over any disputes.
